This week, I invite you to pause and really notice your daily routines. Every one of us has habits on autopilot- things we do without even thinking : brushing our teeth, making coffee, scrolling our phones, driving to work..
Now ask yourself: Where can a tiny change make a big difference?
Could you add a glass of water right after brushing your teeth?
Could you stretch for two minutes while the coffee brew?
Could you take five deep breaths before you open your phone in the morning?
Micro habits stack onto things you already do daily-and that’s what makes them powerful. Small shifts done consistently lead to big results over time.
So this week, notice your routines, experiment with one small change, and watch how it shapes your day.

Hi, I’m Jolene - a wife, a mom of two and someone who knows what it feels like to lose yourself while taking care of everyone else.
For years, I poured my energy into my family and left myself at the bottom of the list. Somewhere along the way, I gained 70 pounds, lost my confidence, and felt like I was just going through the motions.
One day, I realized: if I didn’t take care of me, I wouldn’t have the energy to take care of anyone else. But making big, drastic changes felt overwhelming with a busy family-so instead I started small.
